Exhibitor Booth Notification
Planned
Feb 11, 2021
- When an exhibitor is inside his booth in the front desk area (and not in the boardroom): in this scenario, the exhibitor does not get a sound notification, and only a number is displayed on the waitlist. A sound notification should be there in this case as well.
- When an exhibitor is logged into the event (let say attending any session), and not logged into his booth- in this scenario, there is no sound notification or message notification notifying a visitor is entered the booth- there should be one.
- When an exhibitor is not logged in to the event or booth - an email should go out notifying the number of people active/visited the booth. something similar to- like the last login email we(sales team) get when an organizer logins into odash.
- When an exhibitor is away or even there inside the booth- and supposing a visitor entered and left- then, in this case, analytics would be there for the exhibitor that these many people (with name) entered - so that the exhibitor can go to the lobby area (if the event is still on or open) and send a personal message to the people who joined his booth.
Comments
The Front Desk is the most pointless part of the platform, its confusing to exhibitors, they cant meet visitors there as they have to be at a boardroom table, often they dont understand what Watch or Join Front Desk Means, why have it in the first place if boardrooms is where the action is.
