Camera and audio permission - Issue 2 | Feature/ UI Improvement

Camera and audio permission should be taken just before they are required to be on stage or before one to one meeting. In community mode, where people are not required to be on stage, it puts them off.

Prateek Jain Atul Todi Now camera permission will be asked when event is live or is in between 48 hours. If doesn't satisfy above condition, then won't be asked. For delegates, Camera permission screen is removed now. Updates done in 5.6

if live event is over 48 hrs away, do not ask for camera/ mic permission.

Also, there is an extra step in asking for mic/camera. Discuss
